15 Pitch Roof & Zip Sheathing
This house features a 15-pitch roof as well as a short tower that serves as a shower room. We constructed it with Zip sheathing. Zip System sheathing panels are structural panels with built-in protective overlays that eliminate the need for a house wrap or felt. The seams are then taped with specially designed Zip System tape for security.
